Type AD (Atmospheric Deaerator)

Description

Lockwood’s Type AD boiler deaerators are able to decrease water oxygen content down to as low as 0.005 cc/Liter and can support water flow capacities at up to 100,000 lbs/hr. With the system’s complete dual-compartment receiver and corrosion-resistant lining, Type AD deaerators are designed to permit gravity returns directly into the receiver. Lockwood’s Type AD deaerators also incorporate low NPSH pumps to minimize headroom requirements and oxygen is vented directly into the atmosphere.
